David Keyte’s Northwest Crossing lunch routine
David says this while visiting The Grove in his Northwest Crossing episode. It is a firsthand connection to the neighborhood: a place he used during the workday, rather than an amenity seen only on a home tour.
“With our office right down the street we come here for lunch all the time.”
His filmed favorites include Sebastian Seafood and an ice-cream stop. Check the current businesses and menus, and use a visit to discover your own routine. The related tour gives this guide a local perspective without assuming that every visitor has the same favorites.

This episode of Bend Relo’s Check It Out series visits Northwest Crossing. The embedded neighborhood tour was published in January 2025 and includes The Grove, Sparrow Bakery Northwest and Mountain Burger.
Start at The Grove
The tour explores The Grove’s Market Hall and visits local food and drink stops, including Sebastian Seafood and Waypoint. For today’s tenant lineup and hours, check The Grove’s official directory. Businesses and menus can change after a video is filmed.
Continue along Northwest Crossing Drive
The episode also stops at Sparrow Bakery Northwest and Mountain Burger. Use their current information to plan a visit rather than treating a filmed special or opening time as permanent.
Use the tour to plan an in-person visit
A neighborhood video is a starting point. Walk the area from properties you are considering, check the route you would actually use and visit at different times. Dining stops can help you explore, but they do not establish that every home has the same access or neighborhood experience.
For a home search, bring your budget, commute and property requirements to Bend Relo. We can help compare particular homes with those priorities. The tour is an editorial introduction, not a promise of appreciation or a current listing inventory.
