				Bought a home in 2026. Chelsey guided us through our first home purchase in La Pine, and we couldn't recommend her more highly. As first-time buyers, we came into the process with very little knowledge — but Chelsey's expertise covered every detail. She was thorough, asked all the right questions, and negotiated every repair we requested. Her availability was unmatched: every call and text returned within minutes. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to her clients. If you're buying in Central Oregon, especially as a first-time buyer, Chelsey is the agent you want.

				Bought a Single Family home in 2026 in Mountain view, Bend, OR. We couldn’t be happier to have had Alex and his team by our side in finding our home in Bend. Alex was the perfect partner—he understood what we were looking for, gave us great guidance, and was always a step ahead when it mattered. He moved quickly when opportunities came up, paid close attention to every detail, and made us feel like a true priority throughout the process. We always felt like he was looking out for us and helping us make the right decisions, without ever feeling pressured. Thanks to Alex and his team, we found a home we absolutely love. We’re so grateful for all they did to make it happen and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

				Bought a home in 2026. David and Molly are an excellent team to work with. They are very responsive to questions and are great at explaining everything you need to know. They made the entire home buying experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. They are a great team and I appreciate all the help they provided during this stressful experience. I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating

				Sold a Single Family home in 2026 in La pine, OR. can't say enough about David. He went above and beyond to get my home sold. It was a very tough case and he stayed. Patient works through the hurdles and bent over backwards to do everything he could for me. I actually miss him to be honest if I was ever to buy or sell a home again, David would be my guy. No questions asked he's the best.

				Sold a Single Family home in 2026 in Bend, OR. David provided excellent services. His analysis of the market and how to price my home was spot on. There were a few minor items I needed to correct after the inspection and he proactively made arrangements so I didn’t have to work through the logistics of it. This saved me time and headaches. I would definitely recommend David to assist you with selling your home. He is professional and personable. The photos, brochures, and video were top quality and helped my home to sell quickly. Thank you, David and Team!

				Sold a Single Family home in 2026 in Mountain view, Bend, OR. Dave and his Team are on top on their work, I knew after speaking with him on the phone that he was a get $hit done kind of guy. We listed our house inside 48hrs, and were in contract inside a week. Unfortunately our deal fell apart, but he and I came up with an aggressive strategy to get us back into contract and sold the house for what we needed to close on another deal we had waiting. I fully recommend Dave and His team. If your selling or buying, having an agent that understands the market and players is so key, and you won’t go wrong with Dave’s team.

				Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2026 in La pine, OR. Our story and situation were definitely not the norm coming into purchasing our home. David made our home-buying experience feel manageable, even though our situation was far from typical. He was knowledgeable, kind, and a great realtor to have in our corner throughout the entire process. We had a lot of specific needs in our home purchase, and David kept us on track every step of the way while always making himself available when we needed guidance. The loan process was challenging for everyone involved, but David and the team worked together to help us push through. Now, I’m writing this in front of our cozy fireplace, feeling the peace and pride that comes with such a meaningful accomplishment. We can't thank you enough!

				Bought a Townhouse home in 2024 in Redmond, OR. Alex was an absolute delight to work with. He took his time in showing us properties, was very informative, honest and did not pressure us at all. When the time came that we found a house that we were interested in, which was not even on the market yet, he moved quickly to help us tour and make an offer. His efficiency and responsiveness was amazing. He assisted us seamlessly with the purchase of our home! We would highly recommend Alex for the purchase or sale of your home!

I'm not sure how we could've done it without their help finding the right location, visiting properties, and handling furniture delivery before we arrived. My son used David when he purchased his home, and had a lot of confidence in him, so we used him too. David was able to get all our questions answered in a very timely manner, due to his business relationship with the listing agent (he is well respected in the area). Communication, which was the most important thing to us, was top notch. When we came into town for the inspection, David made himself available within our time constraints.
