Bought a home in 2026. David and Molly are an excellent team to work with. They are very responsive to questions and are great at explaining everything you need to know. They made the entire home buying experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. Sold a Single Family home in 2026 in La pine, OR. can't say enough about David. He went above and beyond to get my home sold. It was a very tough case and he stayed. Patient works through the hurdles and bent over backwards to do everything he could for me. I actually miss him to be honest if I was ever to buy or sell a home again, David would be my guy. No questions asked he's the best.

There were a few minor items I needed to correct after the inspection and he proactively made arrangements so I didn’t have to work through the logistics of it. This saved me time and headaches. Sold a Single Family home in 2026 in Mountain view, Bend, OR. Dave and his Team are on top on their work, I knew after speaking with him on the phone that he was a get $hit done kind of guy. We listed our house inside 48hrs, and were in contract inside a week. Unfortunately our deal fell apart, but he and I came up with an aggressive strategy to get us back into contract and sold the house for what we needed to close on another deal we had waiting. I fully recommend Dave and His team. If your selling or buying, having an agent that understands the market and players is so key, and you won’t go wrong with Dave’s team.

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2026 in La pine, OR. Our story and situation were definitely not the norm coming into purchasing our home. David made our home-buying experience feel manageable, even though our situation was far from typical. He was knowledgeable, kind, and a great realtor to have in our corner throughout the entire process. We had a lot of specific needs in our home purchase, and David kept us on track every step of the way while always making himself available when we needed guidance. The loan process was challenging for everyone involved, but David and the team worked together to help us push through. Sold a Townhouse home in 2026 in Southern crossing, Bend, OR. We recently worked with David Keyte to sell our home in Bend, Oregon, and I can recommend him without hesitation. The market was somewhat challenging, but throughout the entire process David remained fully engaged. He implemented a thoughtful pricing strategy, actively marketed the home, and consistently hosted open houses to maintain strong buyer traffic and momentum. As someone who spent more than 20 years working as a professional real estate investor, I have worked with many brokers and understand how critical good judgment, clear communication, and ethical guidance are during negotiations. When we received an offer, I was seriously considering accepting it. Doing so would have been the easiest path to closing — and frankly would have benefited David as well. Instead, he encouraged us to slow down and recommended submitting a counteroffer. Based on his understanding of buyer interest and market dynamics, he believed our home was worth more. He was right. Following David’s advice resulted in a final sale price of $615,000 — approximately $20,000 more than we were prepared to accept. That moment demonstrated David’s professionalism and integrity. He prioritized our outcome over a quick close. David combines strong market knowledge, pricing expertise, persistence in marketing, and a genuine ethical commitment to his clients.
