We worked with David and Molly when we first bought our first home in the summer of 2020.  They made the process so seamless. We never even got a chance to see any homes in person due to the pandemic, but we were able to trust David's expertise.  They both kept us organized and informed about everything.  I didn't think buying a home would be this easy, especially as first-time buyers.  They made the initial move-in process smooth as well, without even having to see them in person, and they gave the most useful 'welcome gift' which I appreciated.  Every year, we are invited to a client appreciation event and I think that's awesome since it's been a few years since we bought our house.  They truly are a wonderful company to work with. Although we ultimately didn't relocate to Bend due to unforeseen circumstances, working with David Keyte was an exceptional experience. Dave, Sean, and Molly are such an incredible team to work with! They made my first home buying experience super stress free with how friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable they all are!
