As in most real estate transactions we had a lot of questions, we didn’t move in a straight line towards purchase, there were times when we took a break from the process and David and his team were so understanding, responding with lightening speed to any inquiry, last minute requests for viewings, good advice and lots of patience. When we sold a home, the team was there removing snow during a blizzard so the open house could go forward, represented our interests in an outstanding manner and sold the home in a very short period of time. As everyone knows, buying and selling a home is a big deal, perhaps the largest financial transaction many of us will experience. And BendRelo’s service didn’t stop there! David provided us with a stager (also paid by BendRelo (!) ) who helped me and my husband re-organize our furnishings and decor to showcase our home in the best light possible. She also gave us advice as to what should be stored away and what should be displayed, all in a gentle, very kind manner. She knew that she was discussing the homeowners’ personal belongings and didn’t want to offend anyone. Her expertise turned our somewhat overcrowded home into a clean, pristine showroom for which I am deeply grateful.
Once the house was ready to show, David, Molly and their team member Sean, scheduled Open Houses and showings to potential buyers. They also sent out thousands of emails to other brokers announcing our home’s availability on the Market. Our house went on the market on March 6th. After many Open Houses and showings, some of them in terrible weather, our home sold for full asking price on April 4th!
In conclusion, we are very happy with the sale and grateful to both David and Molly for their patience and knowledge! I know that I got emotional a few times during the selling process, but David and Molly continued to be encouraging and never stopped offering support when needed.

When my family decided to get a vacation home in Bend, among a couple of agents that I contacted, David Keyte was the fastest to respond to us and immediately set up appointments for us to tour the place we have interest in. Over the course of about two months, David was there every weekend to show us properties over video (we were remote). He is professional and experienced. It was a competitive market and he gave us solid advice on bidding strategy. We eventually find a place that’s right up against the canal. Last month, we finally went back to Bend to visit the new place and David offered us to stay at a nice modern apartment that he kept for his out-of-town customers. David was extremely helpful with our first home purchase! We had a million questions and he was able to answer them with extensive knowledge. Everything from neighborhoods, schools, types of homes/lots, and so much more. Any question we had he answered promptly. I admit we texted him so much I thought we were gonna sound so annoying! But anytime, day or night, he answered! If it was too long to text, he’d call and help us get all our info. When it came to touring houses, he respected our budget and came with a list of 5 houses that matched all of our criteria. We were even able to request a few more houses the day before we were set to tour. We toured both new constructions and older homes, listed the pros and cons while Dave took notes on our likes and dislikes.
When we finally found the home that checked all the boxes, Dave made sure we got our offer in immediately (we were preapproved) and got the process going. He referred us to a great mortgage company that found the best mortgage for us at an amazing rate. We got to watch the house get built from the ground up. Dave even walked by a few times to take progress pics for us when he was out walking his dog!
Closing was absolutely a breeze (process took from July to December because of the construction) and now we have our dream home. Dave and the Bend Relo team went above and beyond to get the most offers on our house at 1435 Fresno. In addition to simply posting it on the MLS, they paid for full staging and cleaning and took top quality photo/video/drone and 3D tours. The Bend Relo team brought us 6 showings from their own buyer pool and ran paid Facebook, Instagram and Google ads to market our property. We were fully booked with over 20 showings while still in “Coming Soon” status.
Once the offers started coming in, Dave and his team clearly summarized the pros and cons of each. After some negotiating, we selected the best one.
