Living & Buying in Broken Top
Broken Top combines a gated residential community with a separate private country club. That distinction matters for buyers: Broken Top Club states that club membership is open beyond neighborhood homeowners, so purchasing a home and joining the club should be evaluated separately.
The Golf Course
The private 18-hole course was designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish. The club lists it as a par-72, 7,161-yard layout with a practice range and 18-hole putting course. Construction was completed in 1992 and the course officially opened July 4, 1993.
Club & Membership
Current membership categories include Full Golf, Young Executive for members under 45, and Sport. Sport membership focuses on fitness and recreation and includes fitness facilities, tennis, outdoor saltwater pool, bocce, pickleball and social events. Broken Top does not publish current initiation fees or dues on its public membership page, so we recommend confirming current pricing directly with the club.

What Buyers Should Know
Broken Top residential ownership and Broken Top Club membership should be evaluated separately. If club access matters to your purchase, verify current membership availability, category, initiation requirements and dues directly with the club rather than assuming membership transfers with a home.
