“David provided excellent services. His analysis of the market and how to price my home was spot on. There were a few minor items I needed to correct after the inspection and he proactively made arrangements so I didn’t have to work through the logistics of it. This saved me time and headaches. I would definitely recommend David to assist you with selling your home. He is professional and personable. The photos, brochures, and video were top quality and helped my home to sell quickly. Thank you, David and Team!”

“can't say enough about David. He went above and beyond to get my home sold. It was a very tough case and he stayed. Patient works through the hurdles and bent over backwards to do everything he could for me. I actually miss him to be honest if I was ever to buy or sell a home again, David would be my guy. No questions asked he's the best.”

“We recently worked with David Keyte to sell our home in Bend, Oregon, and I can recommend him without hesitation. The market was somewhat challenging, but throughout the entire process David remained fully engaged. He implemented a thoughtful pricing strategy, actively marketed the home, and consistently hosted open houses to maintain strong buyer traffic and momentum. As someone who spent more than 20 years working as a professional real estate investor, I have worked with many brokers and understand how critical good judgment, clear communication, and ethical guidance are during negotiations. When we received an offer, I was seriously considering accepting it. Doing so would have been the easiest path to closing — and frankly would have benefited David as well. Instead, he encouraged us to slow down and recommended submitting a counteroffer. Based on his understanding of buyer interest and market dynamics, he believed our home was worth more. He was right. Following David’s advice resulted in a final sale price of $615,000 — approximately $20,000 more than we were prepared to accept. That moment demonstrated David’s professionalism and integrity. He prioritized our outcome over a quick close. David combines strong market knowledge, pricing expertise, persistence in marketing, and a genuine ethical commitment to his clients. I would confidently recommend him to anyone buying or selling property. We would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, easy going, trustable and effective real estate team in Central Oregon. Thank you Sean, Dave, Molly and the entire BendRelo team!”

“Dave and his Team are on top on their work, I knew after speaking with him on the phone that he was a get $hit done kind of guy. We listed our house inside 48hrs, and were in contract inside a week. Unfortunately our deal fell apart, but he and I came up with an aggressive strategy to get us back into contract and sold the house for what we needed to close on another deal we had waiting. I fully recommend Dave and His team. If your selling or buying, having an agent that understands the market and players is so key, and you won’t go wrong with Dave’s team.”

“We recently sold our home in Silverton, Oregon and had been doing research to purchase a home in Bend. Dave Keyte came highly recommended by our Willamette Valley realtor, Lacey Summers. I contacted Dave Keyte and his partner Molly McInelly early last fall and well before our Silverton home sold. We knew we loved Bend but we didn't know where to start our search. We weren't ready to buy yet but Dave and Molly were friendly, knowledgeable and intuitive. They helped us to narrow the neighborhoods which were the most fitting and within our budget. Dave's greatest traits are his enthusiasm, positive attitude, ability to listen, a genuine interest in his clients, his professionalism and integrity. Dave and Molly helped us find the home we wanted, which wasn't on the market at the time and they helped us to negotiate a fair price, good terms and he helped us to work through a couple of issues. They are both great people, skilled in their craft and a pleasure to work with!”
