Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2024 in Southwest bend, Bend, OR. David and Molly with Bend Relo were excellent! As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing. David wasn't in it for fast money or pushing us to buy a place. He made sure he asked us the right questions of what we wanted. Each house we had a debrief where he asked what we liked, what we didn't like, and really honed in on what WE wanted. And when we found a place we really liked (house #2), he made sure we still looked at other places to make sure we made the right choice for US. Never pushing us in a direction, he let us lead him on our desires, and then he and Molly took the lead when it came to making an offer, dealing with the sellers, mortgage, escrow, and all that complicated stuff. They stick around after it's all done and continues to help once that first mortgage payment comes up and still answers questions. Highly recommend.
